I excel at stakeholder engagement and adoption of systems, tools, and processes. I have 12+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams across corporate initiatives and technology readiness. I lead the people side of change through stakeholder impact assessments, communications, and functional training. I lead complex project management activities across large scale Organizational Design, ERP, HR, Project Management Infrastructure, Knowledge Management, Business Processes, and IT initiatives. Continuous improvement is always a focus and I excel at refining processes for measurable efficiencies. I demonstrate a unique ability to effectively and empathetically work with partners up and down the organizational structure to understand and articulate needs, motivations, challenges, strategies, and solutions.

Organizational Change Management Leader, CCMP,  Prosci CCP – For 13 years I have helped teams plan and implement organization-wide changes for faster and sustainable ROI. As an Organizational Change Manager I provide gap analysis on process, systems, tools, and staff, conduct a business solutions assessment and manage research, produce a stakeholder/sponsor assessment and resistance analysis, lead communication planning and stakeholder engagement and sustainability planning. I also manage the development of content for trainings, and will facilitate as needed.

Project Management Office Leader, PMP™ – I have more than 20 years in tactical project delivery leading teams of senior project managers. My track record is strong in managing inter-department, client and supplier relationships while delivering on time and in budget. I have proven I can manage a portfolio of projects across creative and technical, supervising requirements gathering, estimation, proposals, presentations, contracts, resourcing, schedules, budgets, and executive reporting. I work to improve the quality of the business rhythm and delivery processes.

Department and Team Leader – I have 8 years of department leadership including financial management, budgeting, reporting, forecasting, P/L. I am a manager who builds teams, connects ideas, influences cooperation among team members. I thrive on identifying individual motivators and communication styles. I work with individuals to find their intrinsic motivation that creates the organizational culture, nurture it, and engage it for long-term success of the organization. I have written job descriptions, recruited, hired, on-boarded, mentored, performance reviewed junior and senior staff.
