I’m a Project Management Office Leader (PMP, LSSYB, CSM) and Organizational Change Management Leader (CCMP, Prosci CCP) with over 30 years of experience driving tactical project delivery and leading cross-functional teams across both small and large, matrixed organizations.
I specialize in managing corporate initiatives and preparing organizations for new technology readiness. I’ve led departments with 13 direct FTE reports, overseeing financial management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and P&L responsibilities. I’m passionate about building strong teams, connecting ideas, and fostering collaboration to achieve shared goals.

As an Organizational Change Manager, I’ve spent 15 years helping teams plan and implement enterprise-wide changes that deliver faster, more sustainable ROI. I lead the people side of change through stakeholder impact assessments, communications, and functional training. My work includes gap analysis, business solutions assessments, stakeholder and sponsor evaluations, resistance analysis, and sustainability planning.
I’ve led complex change initiatives across Organizational Design, ERP, HR, Project Management Infrastructure, Knowledge Management, Business Processes, and IT. I’m always focused on continuous improvement and refining processes for measurable efficiencies. My ability to work empathetically and effectively across all levels of an organization helps me understand and articulate needs, motivations, challenges, and solutions.
